This year Silver Shemmings Ash are hosting seminars for us focusing on helping SMEs - challenges they face, how to protect themselves and grow. This one is being held on the 27th of March at the Grange City Hotel in London. Silver Shemmings Ash is a London law firm specialising in construction and property law, are holding this event as part of a series of seminars aimed at increasing your knowledge base, improving your work processes, and giving you the tools you need to make your business as efficient and effective as possible.
We have had excellent feedback from previous attendees and expect this one to be just as informative! This is a back to basics seminar focusing on building a better business and helping SMEs grow focusing on variations in more detail and will cover all things variation related – including what they are, why we need them and why a variation cannot change the fundamental nature of the works.
This event is run by a BITA board member and SSA solicitor Henry Hathaway, who is not only a specialist in contract law, but also spent 12 years as a structural engineer and project manager in the industry, and he will be happy to answer your questions.
We are delighted to announce that this valuable workshop is free to BITA members.
With a broad spectrum of attendees which range from funds to developers to contractors and designers, we hope that you’ll join us afterwards for a drink and some networking at the Hung Drawn and Quartered!
There will be a photographer at this event, please let me know if you would not like your photograph taken.
