We would like to invite you to the next seminar being hosted by Silver Shemmings Ash LLP on the 24th October at the Grange City Hotel in London. Silver Shemmings Ash are a London law firm specialising in construction and property law and are holding this event as part of a series of seminars, aimed at increasing your knowledge base, improving your work processes, and giving you the tools you need to make your business as efficient and effective as possible. We have had excellent feedback from previous attendees and expect this one to be just as good!
The topic this time will be Project Security; focussed on Collateral Warranties & Bonds, PI, Risk Allocation, Change Control & Contract Breach. This will be run by BITA board member and SSA solicitor Henry Hathaway who is not only a specialist in contract law, but also spent 12 years as a structural engineer and project manager in the industry.
We are delighted to announce that this valuable workshop is free to BITA members.
There will be a Q&A session both at the end and throughout the seminar and you are invited to contact either Julie Camp or myself with questions that you would like to be addressed and answered.
This event is on the 24th October at the Grange City Hotel, 8 - 14 Coopers Row, London, EC3N 8BQ, from 4.30 – 6.30pm. There is a broad spectrum of attendees which range from funds to developers to contractors and designers, and we hope that you’ll join us afterwards for a drink and some networking at the Hung Drawn and Quartered!
There will be a photographer at this event, please let me know if you would not like your photograph taken.
